Threw some stones weights and hammers tonight, had a go of my BIG caber, oohh it was sore!

- I am 43 and still keeping very fit and strong. My hobbies are highland games heavy events. These are the throwing events, shot/stone putt, hammer throw, 28lbs weight (with chain) throw for distance and 56lbs weight for height and of course the CABER toss my favourite event!!!
